The Courses
While the Costa del Sol in Malaga province and Sotogrande in Cadiz province are well-known as premier golf destinations, there is a wide range of excellent courses along both the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts of the Iberian peninsula.
The courses featured are located in the region of the Algarve in Portugal and the provinces of Huelva, Cádiz, Malaga, Granada, Almería, Murcia, and Alicante in Spain. Many are situated near some of the most stunning and popular beach destinations in the area, combining scenic coastal views with high-quality golfing experiences.
There are 108 public and semi-private 18 hole golf courses currently featured on snowbirdgolfer.ca. Malaga province leads the way with 34 courses while Cadiz province is second with 24 courses in this category.
